📦 Eligibility for Return

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product must be in original packaging and unused condition.
  • Provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Opened hygiene-related items (e.g., earphones).
  • Sale/offer items unless defective.
  • Used or damaged products due to customer error.

💳 Refund Process

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll initiate the refund to your original payment method within 14 business days. No processing fees will be deducted.
